    Look, of course the elite have networks among themselves. Let me for once elaborate a little.

    Under capitalism, wealth will tend upwards and into the hands of the few. Why? Cause it takes money to make money. Sure, there are people that through borrowing (the rich guys' money) can get up and ahead, but even that will generate income for the top brass. Sure, some of them fall once in a while, but the general picture is the same. So supporting capitalism without "redistribution" is ensuring that even more go to these top people. We then all should be super-grateful that they don't just sit on their cash and poke their noses at us, right?

    As for the specific American case, you have one of the largest gulfs between classes among western nations when it comes to income and so forth. The rich people send their kids to the same private schools, where there are all sorts of fraternities that fosters networking among people at the same schools. The contacts they make there, they take with them into their careers, whatever that may be. So, it should hardly be surprising that groupings of people within the same fields and politics have attended the same schools and the same fraternities. That's where they made friends, who they have stuck by since then.

    Now that networking isn't at all exclusive to the top brass in society nor America. It works at all levels in society. It's all about who you know, many times. It applies to me for example, as who my contacts and co-workers are, may determine where I can end up career-wise. In all positions everywhere, people tend to want to pick someone they know, or with a reference from someone they know. Which is just common sense, really. Which means that career-wise, my exit grades in school counts for just about zero, but who I can put up as my reference in an application can make all the difference. That's networks and how they work.

    Now, this is important. There are many many such networks in all layers of society, and lots of them overlap one another. But, that is not the same as there being a "master network" coordinating everything. In fact, such a super-network is just about impossible. Some networks are high in power at times, but not through design through the centuries, but through their own who-knows-who that has enabled them to maneuver into positions. But they are continuously under fierce competition from other networks. You see this quite openly actually, every time a government is put together, and posts distributed. For instance, there's not a republican and a democratic single network, but several on both sides, and quite a few involving people from both. (Which shouldn't be surprising as they are put together into the same rooms all the time to work at legislation, and may find common ground despite party letter after their name.)

    As for symbols reappearing, I thought we had that covered before, but it is far more likely that symbols are recycled and given slightly new meaning all the time, than it is a sign of the same organization since the dawn of time (more or less). By the same reasoning you can say that pirates back in the day were Rosicrucians, since they prominently used skulls and bones in their pirate flags. Or that the Nordic countries, UK and Switzerland are all pawns of the pope in Rome, because of the crosses in their flags, and as we know the Vatican is big on crosses... Symbols are symbols. Their meaning can flip over several times throughout the centuries. I remember we in school had the exampl of the saying "You can't argue about good taste" that goes back to the ancient greeks. Today we read that as taste being so individual it is futile to discuss it, while the greeks actually meant it in the way that it is nothing to argue about, since it is completely obvious what is the true good taste.

    So rather than skulls and bones being rosicrucians, I actually find it more likely that it got called that because some students at one time thought it sounded cool with "skulls and bones". (sounds ominous and important, doesn't it?) And if they tied into Rosicrucian stuff at all, they just might have thought that was cool too.

    Anywho, I otherwise applaus Five's last post, as I think he's spot on. (Surprise! ;))

    I dont see how that picture proves the catholic church is a luciferan occult elite in any way.

    The revelations stuff is extremely vague.
    17.1 could be anyone and anything.
    The names are pretty generic and just underlines "something/someone bad".
    Pyramid? Is that supposed to be a link to egyptian stuff?

    As for seven hills, that can be any set of hills in the world. Plenty of hills in Israel/Lebanon/Turkey/Syria, if that's roughly where the text is from.
    Even my hometown in Norway is said to be inbetween 7 mountains. Depends a bit on how you count really. 7 is a good number, better than 5 or 9 which also could be claimed.

    But even if Rome is the city alluded to, wouldn't it make more sense that the text refers to the Roman empire, and a heartfelt wish that it would tumble? (that sat on many seas around the Mediterranean and who had all sorts of kings and allies support it's causes) So this may all be bygones along long time ago. Since the church didn't even exist when the text was written, I find it hard to see the reference there, really.

    This sounds suspiciously as popular evangelical conspiracy theories to underline that the catholics are wrong, and they are because they're headed by the devil's minions or something.

    (edit) But well done. Didn't connect crosses in flags with it, but an honourable attempt nonetheless. I'll take a little time-out and ponder other random stuff I can ask for a conspiracy theory linking them.

    Um, did you check the author of the aforementioned quotes (the post above your lame excuse for mockery)?
