    It's supposed to be about Nelson Mandela but I believe the lyrics are applicable to many situations and it always tugs at my heart....U2 'Walk On'

    they totally ruined that song by associated with dogs for a commercial. i mean, good for them for trying to get people to adopt dogs and be aware of the abuse and all, but do they have to shove it down my throat all the time!? :roll:

    but i agree, if they hadn't ruined it for me it is a lovely, sad song.

    thanks for all the well wishes and unfortunately this isn't a sadness that would soon go away. it's like i'm in a dream state thinking "is this all REALLY happening?" whenever i realize it's actually happening i bawl and when i can't believe it i just sit there.

    i'm gonna try these songs and see what happens, thanks for the suggestions
