San Francisco to Munich.
Was it the MAIN purpose of my trip ... well ... no ... but, the whole trip (ended up being 12 days in Europe) would not have come about if PJ were not in Munich.
I had a friend living in Munich for a year or so, and I lost a bet to him ... (see Patriots v Broncos 2006 playoff game) ... so, I owed him dinner and planned on paying up upon his return to the US.
PJ announced their 2007 Europe tour and I was long overdue for a vacation, his stay in Europe was extended, so, I asked him if he'd be up for a visit and I could repay him dinner (oh, and I'd check out PJ while I was there).
To get my girlfriend on board, we added on 6 days in Paris. (more than worth it, I loved Paris).
So ... the trip wasn't necessarily focused around the PJ Munich show, but again ... I wouldn't have started the whole planning going to Munich if PJ wasn't playing there (or, if the Pats had won that game ... ha!)"You're one of the few Red Sox fans I don't mind." - Newch91
