New music 2010

For a while I was afraid this year wasn't going to hold much in the way of good new music, but it is turning out to be a busy year for bands I like and hopefully there is more good stuff to be announced soon.
So far my favorite albums of the year has to be Driveby Truckers 'The Big To-Do' and the last Johnny Cash album but I'm anxious for a few more.

Black Keys
Hold Steady
Grace Potter and the Nocturnals
Zac Brown Band live cd/dvd.....these guys are cool I say
Hoping for some solo stuff from either or maybe both of the Gallagher brothers.
Is soundgarden doing anything new?

So what are your favorites so far this year and what are you looking forward to the most
All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all

    in a few months we will have new national, band of horses, lcd soundsystem, stars, broken social scene, new pornographers, josh ritter, foals, the roots, kele okereke of bloc partys solo record, wolf parade, at some point the rumor is that this year arcade fire release album 3 (rumor is they are in tx right now shooting a video), maybe a radiohead release by years end, and if not at least maybe something new from thom, maybe something from his new side project, the strokes, new pornographers, of montreal, fleet foxes, ryan adams metal album, ra ra riot, interpol, panda bear,

    if you have doubts about this year, i think you are insane. I am as pumped above the about the listed albums as ever, and am very optimistic.

    Hopefully the follow up talk from Them Crooked Vultures wasn't just bs. That alone would make this year a letdown.

    Yeah that's right. I forgot Ben and Gaslight Anthem initially. Big time looking forward to new Relentless7. It will be hard to top or even match White Lies for Dark Times though

    No, not to me anyway. Of course its not classic Hendrix, not gonna become his most known work, but its not shit. I was just happy to hear some coherent new songs of his, some summery bluesy Jimi guitar, and there's plenty of that on it.

    No doubt. Dre always makes us wait a long time, but when he finally delivers it's awesome.
