The few times that I got tickets through Ten Club I only needed photo ID. I would bring the card just in case but I have never been asked for it. Actually a couple times they didn't even ask for ID. I just told them my name and they gave me the tickets. I've never been fortunate enough to get the first few rows in the lottery but they were always real good seats.

Between my brother and I, we must have had lottery eligible 10C tickets at least 20 times. Neither of us has ever won the lottery. Other's have won it multiple times. I'm all for "spreading the seat wealth around".

As for seat location, when I am lucky enough to get on the side of the stage, it has always been Mike's side and it has always been great. Floor seats are usually too far back. If you have a very high number, your seats will not be great, but should still be better than TM. Don't expect them to get better anytime soon. The ancient 10C members will not quit and give others a chance.
