    treadmill for an hour, and I walk back and forth to the gym, a lot of stretching with my 2lb weights, and sit ups on my gym ball...

    Treadmill 40 minutes and then weights for my legs, backside, and arms. (In the summer I swim instead of the treadmill.)

    Do you live in a place where people walk a lot?

    Yes, but we don't heat it during the winter so it's a late Spring and Summer only pool. ;)
