  • only 225 for some skinny hipster jeans? can i buy 5 at a time?
… and if they don't fit, you can just throw them away! (thanks to Paul F.)

HOLY F••K. I had no idea KOL was a boy-band. They are now officially equal to or greater than NKOTB. Which KOL "Action Doll" will you buy? I bet they will all come with kung-fu Wank-tion grip. I am ejecting them from the iPod, deleting them from the iTunes, and writing a strongly worded letter requesting my wasted time and money be returned. Sorry, KOL, it's time we saw other people.

But I tell you guys something. I can't wait for the MMJ slip-n-slide to come out this summer!

For all the people bitching about PJ selling out in that thread on The Porch...please reconsider that PJ has yet to create their own fucking fashion line.

    Goodbye KOL.

They've also never put out a remix album with Justin Timberlake...*shudder*

Since the beginning I've never like these guys very much, and with this.... well, I'm not really sure what was thinking PJ when decided to choose KOL to open their concerts.

Personally I think they used to be very good. Their first few albums were interesting, dynamic, and unlike anyone else making music right now. They were some raw, gritty hillbillies who made music because they liked making music. I could always tell that Caleb really meant and was passionate about what he was singing, unlike a lot of other artists that are popular now. Then they got huge, and instead of doing what Pearl Jam did when they got huge, they let it go to their heads. Now they sell jackets for $1185. And really...are people seriously going to buy that?

Emo hillbilly faggots? Does that even make sense? I mean some genres cross-pollinate better than others...

aaaahhh....I'm glad someone called that one out, I knew there was a reason I felt this vague sense of irony while reading it. whoa! I almost typed 'whilst reading that'. woulda been SO gay.

My initial reaction? lame! like....holy sellout lame!
Second reaction? meh...who gives a shit, really? Do KOL promote themselves as 'true defenders of the crowd'?
Third reaction? who gives a shit what they promote themselves as, THAT IS NOT FUCKING ROCK N ROLL
Fourth reaction? I wonder how many PJ fans would spend that kind of money on this shit as COLLECTOR items, not just to look like them? Probably a LOT (while bitching about it the whole time).
Fifth reaction? That's exactly why it's so lame they're doing this - they have to know that some of their biggest fans will WAY over-stretch on this crap.
My final, Sixth reaction? Darwin wins again!

    just amazing.

how can a band that was so good early on, become what these guys are now?

this is a shame. it does not negate the fact that the first two albums were outstanding. they seem to be falling further and further down the rabbit hole of awfulness. shit. what are they thinking. do they think this is a good move for them. how is this helping their music career. all they care about is money looks like to me. i am super fucking pissed. how stupid can you get. i thought they were different. guess not. just like every other douche bag celebrity. fucking want to slap caleb right in fucking mouth. lil bitch.

Wow... a band who's music you like suddenly does something in an unrelated context that y'all disagree with and suddenly their entire back catalogue are banished from i-pods everywhere...

How many of you fucking hypocrites still listen to Soundgarden after Cornell recorded with Timbaland?

You do realise that just because KOL are putting out a clothing range doesn't mean you have to buy it? More power to them if they wanna pull a move like that. They may even have some cool gear. I can't say I'd pay prices like that myself for t-shirts and bandana's but to each their own.

I still really dig KOL's music and will for the conceivable future cos (prepare yourselves now ) I like the :o MUSIC :o not the 8-) EGO 8-) I think some of you are over reacting. Fair do's if you never liked their music but, c'mon, dismissing them over a clothing line

You think they are the only band to ever sell out??

I buy a lot of my clothes very affordably from Asda, now if I could just find a good band called 'George' I would be all set

im not all of a sudden bashing them. they have sucked in my opinion for a while now. i still listen to their new albums wanting to hear what i loved about them to start with, but those days are history. they tried to come off as a bunch of hard assed country boys to start with and now they are socialites. wtf.??
