I tryed for 6 hours yesterday for tix and got shit. Now why am I supposed to happy about it? I'm fine with getting shut out on the tickets but get the damn site fixed so I don't have to try for 6 hours before they sell out. I'm sick of the idiots saying we have no reason to bitch. If this was the first time I would agree but it has been happening for probably 5 years and it's getting worse. Yesterday was the worst yet. So for you idiots that say we have no reason to bitch, shut the hell up. I think there are hundreds of us that got screwed if not more. I'm not bitching about the band. I love the band and have spent a large amount of money following them. I just want this issue resolved. Things should get better over time and the ticket buying process has done the complete opposite. 2003 was the last good year for buying tickets. 10 club, please fix the issue.

    While I agree with you about the system being flawed, I am not pissed that I got shut out nor will you find a single post on this board of me bitching that I got shut out. It happens. I am optimistic that I will get great seats to this show. My number is 423xxx so I wasn't planning on having great seats. Now another door has opened for me and I realize I might be able to get side seats in the loge close to the stage. Will I pay more? Sure. But it is something I will remember forever. I will try for Hartford today but no biggie if I don't get them. I'll find a way to go to the show regardless.

    I tried for an hour and a half, got them and then because my cousin had to leave and couldn't try anymore from his house I tried or another hour and a half and got his for him. It's just the way it is. It's luck.

    I got shut out plenty of times, it's just what happens when 300,000 people are going for 12,000 tickets in NYC. If you don't like it quit the 10 club and let someone else be that much closer to the stage. You can always go an extra hour and try for CT. tickets today. You can always go to stubhub.com after the public sale and get tickets there too. There are always ways.

    i get what's he saying....it shouldn't be that big of a deal to sell a few thousand tickets. perhaps some bands that do this kind of sale could team up and share a high end server to handle this process. or rent a server for a week.
