    No I just said whats with all these crazy fucks posting 10 threads about the same goddamn thing clogging up the board. I got tickets to Boston but got shut out of both garden shows, Shit happens to me every time. If they all feel the need to vent, keep it in one thread instead of making 10-15.

    If you look at all of the threads posted about getting shut out, about 80% come from people ive never seen on here before and have 7 or less posts.

    its still a breakddown in the system. If one can get to the credit card screen with tickets in cart only to have the system crash up screen 3/3 of checkout...there IS something wrong with the server. :shock:

    Im not saying that at all. Im saying if your quiet most of the time your a memeber then just keep it that way. I dont want to hear you bitching about it and creating a new thread every five mins. I got shut out of both garden shows and i have yet to complain or start a thread about it

    I completely understand that the supply is more than the demand. My problem is with the server. There is no reason to have to sit at my computer for 5 hours to get tickets.

    I have a new found respect for Ticketmaster. Yes, the service charges suck, but at least it works smoothly. It has become increasingly more difficult to get tickets through the fan club for people in the Northeast. I'm not going to boycott, but it was a ridiculous and unnecessary experience. I'm still really tense from the whole thing.

    The most unreasonable part is that we PAY for this privelege. No system is perfect, but PJ had to know that this would happen, just from past experience. I think it is insulting to the members who do deserve better than this for their undying dedication to this band.

    it doesnt matter if i got tickets or not...its all about if i even had a fighting chance to get them. the servers today were dead and i never even saw the ticket on-sale page. doesn't seem too fair in my opinion

Its so frustrating seeing 15 of the same thread. Just complain to each other in one thread instead of making a new one. Itsd not hard to scroll half way down the page a see a thread on this topic

    You pay for the opportunity, it's not a privilege or a right. Being shut out sucks. Having the server timeout sucks. It's happened to us all and no one in the 10c is personally insulting anyone. We just need to grow up and to get over it.

    This was one of the WORST experiences ever on this site. I am wondering if there were less tickets available for MSG 2. I have been pretty good at this. With two computers up and 3 browsers open on each, aside from today, have ALWAYS been able to get tickets. Today 5/21 did not come up until 6:06 est. The buy button came up as usual. and then it timed out. and timed out again with the next buy button. The page had trouble loading. with 5/20 I was lucky it went through but the time to load each page was unusually long. I just got lucky that even after it timed out, when I pressed try again, it came back to that screen. I did not even know I got those tickets until I checked under orders. This website is in trouble. By adding all these fancy graphics, they created even more chaos than they had previously, and yes it is the responsibility of the 10c to fix this. Hire a tech person that can do the job. Your graphics need to be of a smaller size so the page will load. It is not fair to your fans, people take time off from work , cancel meetings, etc. hoping to get tickets. The band only comes around once a year and with a loving, loyal fan base they owe it to them .

    Not true, no one had an advantage over anyone else. Therefore, everyone had a fair chance at getting the available tickets.

    Im usually not one to complain about this subject but... this time around was absolute f@ckin horse sh!t!
    Hours & hours on a super fast server, right on time and could not even get msg tix to the checkout screen.
    crash crash crash ... out of stock.
    Thought/was hopeful some of the new guidelines were going to make this process better and easier.

    Man, I agree about the charity. Last three pj shows I've been to they have tacked on extra fee's for charity. The only charity I donate to is the $8.00 beers at the shows.
