    Ive been at step 3 three times now and every time after i hit submit it crashes. Major Bullshit!!!!!

    Disappointment, I was at the "BUY" stage 3 times and it bloody timed out, that was ridiculous

    Refresh when it times out. If you start the process all over again, it's going to empty your cart.

    No, it means people have them in their cart, but some people won't buy or will get timed out. Then those tickets come up for sale again and during that instant, anyone who's refreshing sees a buy button, and the first person to click it gets the tickets till it times out for them. This is why it takes 3 hours to sell a small fraction of the venue, when TM can sell the rest in 5 minutes.

    I feel like in the past it was a matter of clicking refresh and quickly seeing either a buy button or temporarily out of stock. It would refresh fast enough that sometimes you would get in the groove and accidentally click refresh when you got the buy button. Today it's taking forever to load and more often than not I get a "server timed out" error.

    Am I remembering wrong or have they regressed in server capacity? Or am I remember Ed solo shows where fewer people were trying for tickets?

    I've been on here clicking refresh since 5:58. I never even got the link on the main ticket page to buy MSG 2 tickets even while I was on the phone with someone who already had the tickets in his cart. At 6:15 I finally had him send me the link and I've been getting "out of stock" ever since.

    No...it used to be a LOT easier. Maybe with the lottery system there are a lot more users. Or maybe they have regressed. This is just crazy bad.

    i'm not going to bitch... wait a minute.. yes i am. i was on the site at 3, couldn't get to the tix page. got there at 308.. msg 1 temp out of stock.. refreshed my ass off till 558, then tried for 2. didn't see a link.. at all. finally saw a link at 615 and temp out of stock. if i refresh for another three hours and get no where i am going to throw my fucking machine out the window. i had ZEROOOO problems with philly.. angry girl i am. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

    It has nothing to do with fastest internet connection, it has more to do with the randomness of when each request hits a completely overburdened server. So in a way, it is sort of random, but not really in an intentional way.

    Fed up. Was on the NYC 5/21 page and never saw any buy button. Kept refreshing and never had chance before it went to out of stock.
    BS! What a farce. Why would I even bother if this crap doesn't work and get shut out.

    Finally got through and got MSG2 to go along with the Boston tickets I got earlier. This has been the most frustrating ticket buying experience yet.
    Good luck to all of you - If my wife has not given birth by then, I may have an extra ticket come May 21 - I'll post if I do.
    And the "Just Breathe" suggestion in the Ten Club's rules for buying... although a great suggestion... is just bull sh@t!

    Stay after them, I got MSG1 2 hours and 2o minutes after they went on sale (with a lot of refreshing in between).

    jeninthebox....you shouldn't of clicked refresh before 6:00. tickets go on sale right at 6, if you are trying to refresh right before 6, you are going to go into server crash land becore the tix are even on sale and that puts you behind the 8-ball.


    I too got to the step 3 of 3 on the checkout side of things and got page cannot be displayed error after I clicked submit, but I checked my order history and the tickets went through...even though I never got an online confirmation. Check your order status if you got to the checkout page and clicked submit
