Before you rowdy Hartfordites start tailgating, make sure YOU GET YOUR TIX AT WILLCALL FIRST. Remember, the Meadows in 2008? At least 200 people in line one hour before the show. You have to go in the afternoon, get your stuff and then party like a rockstar.

    i think you left off a 0

there was probably 2,000 if not more

i've never cut a line in my life but that night I had to... it was pearl jam

This logo is awesome! If you make shirts up ahead of time, I'll order a few. Can you make a ladies and kids design too?

I cant wait to get my PJ/Whalers t-shirt at the show. I think I'm looking forward to Hartford more than Boston at this point.

Looking forward to the show at the XL, should be a great night.

FYI: for those discussing printing up and selling shirts in celebration of the show, should you choose to include the words "Pearl Jam" or any other trademarked reference to the band, I would advise against doing so on this forum (or any other online forum for that matter).

    People hold on!

I haven't received an e-mail back from the 10C responding to my idea of the Pearl Jam Whalers shirt/jersey. I hope they consider going to the sports theme again and I hope they email me back saying they are going the sports theme again and like my idea and pass it on to the company that makes the shirts/jerseys.

Come on 10C! Write back to me! We want to have Pearl Jam Whaler shirts/jerseys!

Have they ever played the Xl Center? I am surprised they are not playing Mohegan Sun instead. I am not complaining as I live closer to Hartford.

they never have. never. never thought i'd see the day. in 06 they played in may at the meadows and it was freakin cold that night. pj thermal shirt sales hit an all time high!!!

still have my PJ Avocado thermal!

can't wait... will be tough to top the 2008 "best show" designation but I'm up for it...

maybe we will even get... gasp! "Crown Of Thorns"!!!!!

(faints and falls the the ground)

That's on my "never seen" list..

  • Hartford baby! If anyone sees me at the show, I'll probably be passed out, cuz I have to drive from Virginia to Boston to Hartford all the day of the show. (Yea, I know there's a day off it between those shows but I have to do a few things in DC the next day before I leave the Beltway).
    2006- Boston I
    2008- Boston I+II
    2009- Toronto, Philly III+IV
    2010- Bristow, Hartford, Boston, Newark
  • This is gonna be another classic!!
  • So, this is an indoor venue? I'm also hoping for a show that is up to par with Hartford '08. That was possibly the best show ever!!! I remember Ed saying, after opening with "Can't Keep" , that they were going to "ease into this thing" and then proceeding to blow our f***ing brains out. Mike's solo on "Immortality" was truly immortal. I'm hoping for big things from Hartford once again. . and then for a couple rockin' shows back at home in Boston.
