not sure if this has ever been tried before but i think it would be cool if a bunch of people on here recorded a song...just everybody record a part on their own and send it to the next person, who adds a part and sends it on...i could see it becoming something really interesting

    That's a really cool idea!

    My only concern is everyone's recording process. I use analog tape and burn to CD so for someone oldschool like me it may be hard.

    for people who use analog, what may work is hearing the mp3 of the song, recording your bit, burning your track to a CD, and then combining it to the rest of the song using a program such as audacity...would that work or am i not making any sense?

    and if people are interested we shols start formalizing some ideas here
