prevailing wisdom that this is a midwest/east coast tour?

is that the presumption. dont have a job and have no money, so couldnt go even if they did it, but is the conventional wisdom, that the tour will be midwest and east coast shows only? and no west coast shows? they wouldnt play seattle again, or do another portland show, right?
