    $179 US plus shipping? Jesus Christ, I was at the Winnipeg show, which kicked serious ass, but that's a lot of money. That would probably end up way over $200. And just around Christmas yet.

    My wife would seriously kill me if I ordered this! But I want it!!! :?

    Just re-read the description.......I can get the book, the film, and the cd's seperately in the spring? Eggs-ellent. All the other stuff is just gravy. I can deal with meat only for this.

    I ordered it in Canada and it was $199 Canadian, shipping included. Better than I expected.

    I just got back from it. Very good. About an hour and a half long (least the part they showed was). Mainly showed the tour from Canada and some exclusive interviews during the show. Also they played some cool ass places in Canada. Takes me back before the Canada show I saw them in Delaware. :mrgreen:

    I like Jack White and love The White Stripes, but this is the worst live album I've ever heard. The guitar playing has no dynamics, is incredibly boring(especially for someone so off the cuff), it's just fuzzed out and crappy. I'll stick with the few bootlegs I have.

    So who as seen this film? I'm going to pick it up today on dvd. I seen them on this tour and they were amazing.

    I went to a screening last night here in SF ... it was fantastic ... lots of great footage on and off stage.

    BTW, if anyone bought the box set and has one of the Rob Jones silkscreen prints they don't want ... I'd up for purchasing it. Let me know.

    I did buy the box set, but still haven't received it yet. If the print isn't anything to my liking, I will let you know. Rob Jones usually does beautiful posters though. Would like him to do some PJ sometime.

    Just watched the dvd. Was really impressed for sure. Cool dvd. My only complaint is that they should have made it longer and showed more footage from other places. It seemed all they showed was the Territories and Nova Scotia.

    Yes, I was really disappointed in this too. Ball and Biscuit is terrible! I was expecting a 8-10 minute jam-fest and instead it's 2 1/2 minutes long! And the CD is less than an hour. They could have easily crammed a 75 minute album together (no Death Letter?!) Big disappoinment.

    Watched the DVD last night. What a great tour idea and all the little free shows were awesome. I like how he said they were trying to play out of the way places were people get few or no shows. I will certainly be sure to catch The White Stripes if they tour again. Like someone said in another thread, a lot of bands could learn a lot of things from Jack White. Think I'll be spending more time in The Little Room from now on.

    Received mine yesterday but haven't been able to dive into it yet. Did the print come with it? I read that they might send those out separately. Psyched to check it out and I love the way its put together!
