  • i'd rather be with an animal....

    no wait

Don't even think about reaching me. I won't be home.
Don't even think about stopping by. Don't think of me at all.

    NO....

Let's pick up your will,... it's grown fat and lazy
I'm sympathetic as well,... don't go on me now

And I'm not living this life without you, I'm selfish and clear

    nah

    If nothing is everything
If nothing is everything, I'll have it all
    If nothing is everything
If nothing is everything, I'll have it all

    heh,nope

    oh well. sorry!

A song called "Faithful" is a good place to start for this kind of thing...

"Just be darling and I will be too
    Faithful to you"

You don't need to use the exact lyrics - for example:

"I gather speed from you fucking me."

    Could work.
  • My wife and I had our first dance at the wedding to "Thin Air" which really confused the grandparents but our friends loved it. It’s a beautiful song that Stone wrote, and as a wedding gift my sister bought us one of those "Star Registries" and named it "Thin Air." If anyone knows Stone, tell him there's a legit star in the heavens named after a song he wrote. I've got the coordinates if any one ever wants to pretend that they know how to find it.

Some good lines for the vows:

There's a light when my babies in my arms

It's not in my past to presume.
Love can keep on moving in both directions.
How to be happy and true is the quest we're taking on together.
  • "Hello, Dad?"

    "I think I just married a douchebag..."
"WE'RE UH, WE'RE GONNA DO THIS ONE WHICH IS UH, CERTAINLY NOT A USUAL ONE, AND THEN UH, JUST TAKE A FEW MORE MINUTES, THEN UH, AND THEN WE'RE GONNA DO OUR BEST TO KEEP TOM PETTY AND THE HEARTBREAKERS AWAKE FR..." (cheering at intro)...

I'm glad there's already plenty of people discouraging this terrible idea. We all love PJ, but don't taint your wedding with your fandom. If there was something that spoke to you enough about how you felt about your wife you would already know it and wouldn't have to ask. Trying to squeeze some PJ into a sacred event is lame.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to come off so critical or sound mean. I'm sure youre not lame. The reception is a good place to work in some PJ songs!
