How about Victoria B.C., they haven't played here since they were Mookie Blaylock for Christ's sake!

    That's a LONG time! lol
  • How about Jacksonville FL??? West palm and Tampa have had their share. We have a 5-year old 14,000 seat arena, whats the deal? I think Live Nation and/or AEG need to pony up!

  • Don't forget about Buffalo, NY. I mean look at our football team; we need something to inspire us. We've always been "faithful." Love you guys.

  • Flanders, NJ. They can put the stage in my yard, and instead of a opening act we'll play whiffleball.

How 'bout comin' back to the DCO, AKA Denver, Colorado.

Not all of us booed during "Bu$hleaguer." Some of us actually enjoyed that! Thank goodness for Tom Petty, at least he brought PJ as an opener. If not, we'd be on that original list...

OH MY! Sweet set of vids there, Gerald! Luv'd this show -- had no clue Expo was gone! Many a great show there, Grateful Dead, Rush, Plant&Page -- used to "live" there when I went to Chico State! Sigh....

Yeah PJ recocgnized Sacto in the early 90s then it just kinda dropped off the radar.
So fun to catch acts in the Bay Area then bounce up the freeway and catch 'em again in Sacto/marysville amp and then up to Reno!

And speaking of Reno -- yeah, would be awesome if they paid a visit to that "new" Reno Events Center! That place totally rocks, kinda small and intimate and really good sound and view lines. And again, totally easy to bounce up to from the Bay Area!

Well considering that Cal Expo Amp is no longer there that would be hard to do but the Memorial would be sweet. Pearl Jam please come back to Sacramento someday. Anyway here's to Cal Expo and the memories!... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJD3RvWT2Y4

the '95 show was rippin' at the Cal Expo, would prefer they tap that again, but Arco Arena or Marysville Amp would be just fine! Reno's got a new little venue too. More venues within driving range of ME please!

  • Edinburgh.

The band seem to love the Arena in Verona but I reckon Edinburgh could top even there as a venue.

Although they don't play Philly often (before this past October), they play Camden, NJ every tour which is right across the river. I know the 2000 boots from Camden are labeled as Philly.

I hear ya on Indy! Wish I hadn't missed the 98 show. Outside of those three, they played Assembly Hall at IU in 93 I believe. I have that boot somewhere.

    COME BACK TO INDY!

(upstate NY Albany & Saratoga GREAT PLACE to see them) I really can't complain that much, but we got them in 91 & 92 and did not get them again until 2000. They were here also in 03 & 06, and of course EV kicked off his Solo Tour in Albany(missed it though due to work). I would like to see them come to our area more often as the travel that I use to not mind takes a toll on my body due to some work related injuries. I did make it to Philly for night4, and it was well worth the journey. We are not far from MA and CT locals they play, but it would be nice to give Empire State Capital it's due and I have heard on local interview when they were at Saratoga last time they really like playing there, paraphasing, SPAC is one of the best sounding/favorite venues in country and they liked vibe of Saratoga(Great Little city north of Albany) in the summer with Saratoga Race Track & the Travers stakes(oldest major thoroughbred race in country and highlight of meet). They were here during Track season in 92' & 2000(August) Great Night Life for little city, lot's of celebrities & Rich Folks(not impressed usually as work some security at track & other Clubs). Sorry to get off topic, but can't help selling upstates best city & venues Saratoga Performing Arts Center(SPAC), seen PJ there and probably at least 15-20 other acts always GREAT sound and ambience!

I used to live a 2 hour drive from Toronto, Buffalo, and Detroit. I never realized how lucky I was until I moved to Calgary. I never took advantage of all 3 cities on a tour (mostly cause I was too young and was in school), but now that I am far from "playable" cities, I feel for those that have "suffered" for so long.
Yes I realize that PJ did Calgary this year, and I thank my lucky stars. I'm sure that was a one off, and it will be quite some time before that luck happens again. Here's to saving up some plane ticket money!
