Yes/No Riddles - Part 3

Okay, so the rules are pretty simple. You have to figure it out by only asking questions that can be answered with yes/no. There's no limit to how many questions can be asked.

Part 1 took awhile to solve and Part 2 was guessed in like a minute, so this one is going to be tougher. Here goes:

A car stops in front of a hotel. A man turns to his wife and shouts “I’m ruined!”
