Bayleaf? What is it like..I know tough question.

I have only heard like 2 songs and I dug them.
How many of you have it and really enjoy it?

    i love it. it's a great driving record! hard to pick a favorite, but "bayleaf" & "anchors" would probably be my faves.

    It's from one of the songs. He sings "he did not bayleaf" (I think it was replacing the would "believe").

    It's also the title of the song. :geek:

    Stone sings lead vocals on seven out of the album's ten tracks, Pete Droge and Ty Wilman sing on the remaining three tracks which in my opinion are no good.
    Stone really should have sung lead on all of the songs.
    A decent first solo album.

    i don't know..."Cadillac" kicks a little ass, in my opinion!

    it's a good record, definitely worth having for any PJ fan. i think my fave song is unhand me, which is one of the tunes stone doesn't sing...

    Bayleaf is awful. Unlistenable.

    Blasphemy! You take that back or I'm telling Stone! :D

    I love Bayleaf. As far as side projects go I prefer it to Three Fish or The Rockfords and it's certainly a better record that Tone was. None of them are bad albums by any means, I just prefer Bayleaf.

    I love listening to it -- Anchors, Bayleaf, Pigeon, Unhand Me -- it has some fun songs, and some nice melodies.

    If you are a fan of Stone's voice and enjoy the few PJ tracks he sings on, you will really enjoy Bayleaf. Everyone else has pretty much covered the basics of the album- meaning he sings on only 7 tracks, "pigions" and Cadillac" rule. "Bayleaf"- the song is outstanding as well.

    also, I really enjoyed Jeff Aments record too.

    this is an awesome record. I always shyed away from it thinking it would be Stone's do do do do do do voice, man was I wrong, him and the other vocalists are great! Songs are fabulous. A must have

    Bayleaf is an AWESOME Record! I absolutley LOVE it... One of the stand out tracks for me would DEFINITLEY Have to be "Pigeon".. Totally gets me going everytime!!! :D:D
