can you add a link to the message pit on the homepage so we don't have to jump through hoops to get here?

    Make that two people requesting a link. I just had to navigate through search , using key word Forum , twice to get here on the two occasions I've been in the pit tonight.

    It is definitely performance impaired. Slow as hell. And what's with the username text blending into the background so well that it is hard to see who the poster is.

    Definitely more posts and activity happening on the old board right now for a reason. This isn't quite usable yet.

    I am seeing a gray box behind the user name and avatar. I've seen some threads appear the way you must be seeing them for a second after clicking on them, but then the gray box fills in to make the user names more readable.

    Don't know why the gray part isn't filling in for some people, but I'm guessing it could have something to do with browser settings? Maybe whatever need to be allowed for this is being blocked by your browser.

    You must be right about the settings. I have no gray box in IE, but everything looks as you describe it in Firefox. I'm using Firefox right now and things seem fine.

    When I preview the post before I post it I get small black text against that ugly background which is a little difficult to read, though. Hopefully they can make that space some sort of single, contrasting color.

    maybe we can make this a official "fix" thread?

    •change user name text color to something that doesnt mix with background.

    •add post comment beside preview comment so we dont always have to preview.

    •quotes are difficult to read becuase there is no box around them like on the old bbs board.

    give me some time and im sure i can come up with some more lol...
