Mike McCready Heir Apparent?

Is it just me or is Mike McCready heir apparent to K. Richards as the guitarist's definition of cool.......a title that comes up every 20 years or so?

    every 20 years or so? so keith richards is the coolest now, minus 20, let's say back to 1985? who was cooler than keith richards between 1965 and 1985? page, hendrix, gilmour? maybe, but i guess what i should say is: are you saying that keith richards was cooler from 1985 to now than he was from 1965 to 1985? no way. the coolest thing about him now is that he's still alive.
