Off He Goes vs. Around the Bend

I've matched up two similiar sounding songs from the same album. Both are beautiful in their own ways but I love Around the Bend. I wish they played it more often.

What do you think?

    hey, it's been a couple days since we've had one of these puppies and the threads have been kind of lame lately. this one isn't much better but it might be a hald-step up?

    For me it would have to be Off He Goes, i have always loved that song, Around The Bend is awesome as well!!

    I love Around The Bend, but I really think Off He Goes isn't just better than ATB, but I think it is one of Pearl Jams' all time best songs, and definitely one of the best songs Ed has ever written. A true masterpiece!
    words seem so out of place.

    I love ATB, but... Off He Goes made me fall in love with PJ, so it wins by a mile.

    Off He Goes by the slightest whisker. I've got these three on an old tape compilation immediately followed by Man of The Hour and Thumbing My Way... should make that playlist on iPod.

    Both classics but for me it has to be around the bend, along with parting ways and all those yesterdays around the bend is one of the 3 songs i need to hear live before i die :D
