Kiss - by far. One of the worst bands ever. God I don't know what's wrong with Mike.

Kiss isn't that bad, they have a lot of good tunes, and say whatever you want but you know damn well if you grew up around the time when Mike and Stone grew up, you'd be into Kiss as well

  • Kiss rules.

Also, the answer would be Kings Of Leon and My Morning Jacket.

That doesn't make sense... I grew up with Creed; Blink 182; Korn, etc.. And I hate all of them.

That's cause they all suck. Kiss influenced a generation of guitar players and Mike is one of those.

  • Jackson 5. ewww. *shudders*

Actually, I'm sure that's not the worst. Let me get back to it... :p
  • Kiss is bad. I kinda like them as just guys who are having fun and making money, but their music is bad!

but hey, they made Mike an awesome guitar player so i guess its all good.

Ben is one of the better songs written. Although I believe that was performed by only Michael Jackson. Good song though.
Many many wonderful shows, since day one.

Sonic Youth. I know they have pioneer status, and I've tried to like them, but honestly that is some of the worst shit PJ has tried to pimp.
Once in a while you can get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

They played 'Dirty' at the beginning of the first show (I saw). I was chuffed! I love SY. They're great fun!

Well, I'm no fan of Sleater Kinney but that isn't do to their musicianship, rather that horrid lead singer's voice.

But Kiss were lousy guitarists... I mean when I first started playing guitar, I aspired to play like the dude from the Offspring... After a while you get higher standards & better icons - which Mike did in Hendrix & UFO, etc.. But why stick with Kiss at all?

Mike needs to drop the Kiss guitarists & listen to more Charlie Christian - his playing would be a lot better for it.
