Is PJ essentially Ed's band?

Yes I know, Mike, Matt, Stone, Boom, Jeff all contribute lyrics and in terms of coming up with the music, but is PJ essentially Ed's band?

Do you think all decisions have to be approved by him? All things are run through him?

I sort of get the feeling thats the way the band works, or any band works, that it may be a band of 3 or 4 or 5 people, but that there is always one person, who is the leader.
