    Whenever I go running, the first three songs I play are Brain of J, Spin the Black Circle, and Hail, Hail. My number 1 pick though would be Brain of J.

    Though I'm a chick I always hung out with guys so I've been to a few strip clubs, also shilled for a male strip troupe in NYC back in the pre Chippendales days. If she's talented a good stripper could seriously work a pole with these:

    Maybe it's my age, but I wouldn't go for a fast song, but a slow rhythmic one.

    I gave it a go once, my friend had one in her bedroom (her husband's a happy man), and it's bloody hard. She'd had lessons and could do all the upside down & twirly stuff, I just kept falling off. Then I sat on her water bed and nearly threw up, drinking, pole dancing and waterbeds don't go together too well.
