    I was lucky and got one of the July 10 posters. I went to the San Diego show and both LA shows, and now I have all three posters. I was going to buy it on ebay for 150 bucks but I waited and the 10c hooked me up, thanks 10c, just in time for my membership renewal, I will renew this year.

    OK, as a civilian with no law education in college, I think I actually understand what you're saying.
    But what about when one joins the 10c AFTER the poster "adhesion contract" had been established. The non-resell clause has been in effect for quite some time (since 2004? anyone?). Wouldn't that mean it's been stated prior to someone signing up for membership if they only did so this year? So in that case, wouldn't the 10c have a case against them if they chose to resell? Nothing has been changed since that person joined. It was already in effect.

    I have to disagree with some of what djpubbs is saying here.

    The contract to purchase the poster is really what matters, not the Ten Club membership agreement. If part of the agreement when purchasing the poster is to not sell it, and breach of the agreement would result in loss of membership privileges then the Ten Club can indeed take away those privileges. This is absolutely not a contract of adhesion. The bargain is the poster price and agreement not to sell the poster in exchange for the poster. Offer, consideration, acceptance.

    I was unable to get the Boston poster from the 10c sale. The only ones I was able to get so far are the East Rutherford NJ 6/3 & LA 7/10. I am willing to trade one of these for the Boston poster. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

    Tough game, but I picked Chicago, sorry :)

    I believe I follow what you are saying, and how a person may have the "right" to sell the poster without any kind of real legal retribution from 10c. But, I don't see how 10c can't boot the person out. And if 10c did give a member the boot, how said member can fell entitled to any significant compensation.

    I can still see the BUY button although I cannot buy it since I already did..

    maybe it's just for European users but I really doubt that.

    I did purchase it and at the end, it said,

    I haven't had any luck this year...which I guess is okay. I really don't have the money. :D;)

    If I can't get the Detroit, which is the one I really want, I know someone on the board who might still have it. I never got around to pm'ing her for that yet.

    I tried it under my hubby's account and got the same thing (if I had gotten 2, idratherbe wanted one since she was at the show so she'd get mine).

    It's oooookkkaayyyy, I guess.... more things in life to worry about, anyway.

    I just liked the colors and my room is orangy, too. :D

    It's actually darker because of the flash, which causes it to look a little pinkish.

    Okay, blah blah blah...Poster sell, trade, this that.

    I finally got in and was lucky enough to get a NJ and Chicago poster. The two I really want are the Philly (which is funny cause its NJ as well) and the DC (the two shows that I actualy went to.) So if anyone would like to trade for either please IM me, or email me at loftyplayer@hotmail.com.
