What should I expect for my first Pearl Jam concert on 10/28

Im going 10/28 the second night at the spectrum. What should I expect?

    Philadelphia is one of the best US places to see PJ. You will be amazed how many people know all the words to the songs. The band seems excited in Philadelphia.

    First night of the world series. As Philadelphia and New York cities are near each other, and because Philadelphia fans and New York fans will be at the show, expect a new element added to the show because of the world series. Possibly a lot of people wearing more baseball jerseys than PJ jerseys. People showing their loyalties very loudly and proudly.

    Philadephia shows are known for the tailgating.

    Expect to leave the show saying, "HOLY SHIT!!! I will do anything and everything I can to see them again on either Friday or Saturday night!!! Or better yet both!!! SHIT!!! Why did I wait so long to see them! Why didn't I try harder to get tix for more shows! DAMN! DAMN!DAMN! They better go on tour again in the spring!!!!!!!!!"

    An atmosphere and a connection between the band and the fans that you won't get at any other concert.

    To realise what a fucking great voice Eddie has and how tight the band are.

    Loads of cool people just out to have a good time with no-one looking to annoy anyone or spoil someone's night.

    All in all, what I experienced in Manchester

    Oh, also, expect sore shins after kicking yourself stupid for waiting so long :lol:

    I went to my first Pj concert in August in Chicago. I of course loved PJ when they came out 20 years ago, but through the years, kinda got away from them. Then my oldest son discovered Nirvana on Guitar hero which led to me pulling out my old Ten CD. It quickly became his favorite band and reignited my love for them as well. We went to the Chicago 8/23/09 concert(we live in Louisiana) and were blown away. Get ready for one of the most magical and awesome nights of your life. And as someone else said, you will be looking for ways to go to another one as soon as you can. ENJOY!!

    Expect to walk away saying 'Oh My God, what I wouldn't do to....." ;) oh wait, are you a guy? well, expect to be blown away and leave thinking you have had the most exciting time of your life, and cannot wait to repeat the experience! Pearl Jam shows are like no other - they truly know how to get a fan feeling like nothing else matters/.........Pearl Jam are awesome!
