Just sayin'! :)

Just got off the phone with a cool rep from Kufala. All packages have been received this week accept for a 2nd Toronto '09 CD. They checked my orders, saw the problem, and are sending me today thy replacement. :D

Will be spinning thy Tayio Yuden brand Pearl Jam disc's this weekend!
Ah yeah, baby! 8-)

ps .. European Bootleg's are coming soon! :mrgreen:

    These guys have top notch customer service.

    Last year, one of my NYC bootlegs came with a Washington disc ... not only did they send me my missing NYC disk, they also sent me the missing Washington disk so I'd have that entire show too. Thought that showed some class.

    i remember once i put in a good size order with 10C, they sent everything but also added a beanie that i did not order.
    10C told me to keep it to keep my head warm !

    thought that was cool.

    I am a huge fan of these guys, I contacted them with a problem last year and they had rectified the problem and sent a extra concert, and said keep it. I just passed my extra copy on to a friend who only had Ten through Vitalogy and they have gotten into their live show!!

    Yeah they were very nice about last year's snafu's with getting the wrong disc in the wrong show sleeve. I couldn't thank them enough and hope they are handling this year's as well. Haven't ordered mine yet until after the final Philly shows and just in time for Holiday gifts. Maybe I should add this to the fanatic post thread where you give friends and family, PJ show boots for gifts, :lol:

    Back in the day when it was all mail order off the VHC pamphlet, I ordered an Istanbul poster. It took them forever to get it to me and after a call or two, which was a big deal for me cause I was 15, they ended up sending a Hamberg poster as well. At the time I thought it was cool but no big deal as the posters were like 10-15 bucks. Anyway, it was my first 10C / VHC purchase and they treated me well.

    Last year I ordered the Bonaroo show.

    Long story short i ended up with 2 copies of bonaroo and 1 copy of a Camden show. I contacted them to return the 2 shows that I didn't pay for....they just said "keep em"....this never happens.......

    A friend of mine enjoyed the free copy of Bonaroo, but I've just recently come to learn that he has since lost it....no respect.

    Another reason why Kufala Rocks! :)

    Just last Friday, I gave them a call that my 2nd Toronto CD wasn't in the package I received. They said that day they will send one out. They weren't kidding. I just got the package today. Shipped out October 2nd from Paso Robles, CA to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada! :shock:

    Ya see, if Backspacer was sent out a week before release from 10club, all us Canadian's would of received Backspacer that Tuesday, if it was shipped this way. ;)

    Just another bragging post. I ordered a Chicago I boot for a friend on a Wednesday after work. Friday afternoon it was in my mailbox. From California to Massachusetts in 2 days. Unbelievable. I hope Pearl Jam decides to keep this company for their future bootleg programs. Top notch.
