Not Receiving Any E-mail From 10C...

The only e-mails I get from the 10Club are confirmations about orders or notifications of private messages.
Is there a separate list I should sign up for to get "update" e-mails about PJ? I have noticed people saying they have been sent e-mails regarding the Vault downloads for the folks who bought Backspacer through 10Club; I would like to be updated on the situation as well...

I do:
--have the correct, active e-mail account typed in properly (gmail)
--have the board preferences set to receive e-mails about, well, everything from the site
--have the 10Club as a contact/"accept emails from this user" in my e-mail account
--check my spam folder often, only to find actual spam...

What am I missing, and how do I get the updates through e-mail?

    anyone have any suggestions?

    i did email 10Club but i figured they futilely responded. :lol:

    My guess is that your email has converted into a 'hard bounce' meaning it's potentially entered in wrong or 'soft bounced' three times (problems in transit, full mailbox, etc). I work for an email service provider in the Northeast, so I see this stuff all the time. You've tried different email addresses?

    I did email into the 'info@' address tonight as the email isn't rendering properly in Gmail (black text on black background) and the 'view in web version' is an incorrect link. I hope to hear back!
