I can't seem to open this, so I'm using Safari right now. My friend told me to uninstall MF and then reinstall it. The trouble I'm facing is that it won't uninstall unless it's (Mozilla) closed, which I seem to not be able to do. Any suggestions?

You can't close MF? You should be able to uninstall from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.I'll ride the wave where it takes me.0 -

Did you ever get this fixed? It's been several days so maybe you fixed it. Well if not....
Let me get this straight.... you say that you can't open FF, yet, it's currently running in the background?
Try this: Restart your computer, then when you're back up and running, uninstall Firefox. It probably wouldn't hurt to uninstall your personal settings and user data too. Go here and follow all of the instructions in both sections. If you remove your personal settings, keep a copy of your bookmarks. There's a link on how to do that on that page. Let us know what happened. Good luck!TEACHER SEEKS PUPIL
