How to Sing Like Eddie Vedder: An Illustrated Guide (Paste Magazine)

After having mastered the obligatory sing-along and hand-motion routines, I thought I'd try and up my game for LA and SD! And I quote:

"Fortunately for you, Paste has conducted extensive research to deconstruct what Vedder has presented for nearly 20 years.     FINALLY! After 20 years of emulating him in my car, in the shower, and at PJ shows, there's finally an instruction manual.

    Be born with a gorgeous voice. Have a passionate personality that doesn't give up. Be beautiful on the outside as well as the inside. Have something to sing about! (Work like a demon.)

    Simple.
