Question on t-shirt sizing

Getting to my first show of the tour on Tuesday and I have a question on this tour's shirts. How is the sizing on the guys' shirts? I'm kinda between a L and an XL...an XL that runs small is actually ideal for me. If they run large, I'd probably go L. Feedback is appreciated...

    My best advice if you are actually going to the show:

    Try it on. Too tight, buy larger. Too loose, buy smaller.

    If you are unable to make it to a show, buy one size up if possible.

    The shirts--at least the one I got--are Anvil Organics. I used to work for them, and I know they're shirts are pre-shrunk--what you get is how it should stay after washing. And Anvil also uses a bit of a more snug cut than other tees, so they don't run very big or small.

    It's been a while since I've worked there though, so they might've changed their styles a bit. But I'd say the tees should fit pretty well.
