Like it wasn't bad enough Boston didn't make this leg of the tour, yesterday being the old school fan of the band I am, I decided to roll into my local Target to pick-up the new album(Sunday, Sept 20). Much to my dismay, with the Fixer playing on a TV and a huge display they didn't have the album. At first I was all kinds of fired up because a band that I enjoyed so much over the past 10+ years was getting solid exposure and finally one of their new albums were flying off the shelves. Unfortunately this was not the case as I visited another Target In Massachusetts. An employee there had told me that the distributors had held on to the album too long and that they would not be receiving it until today.(Monday, Sept 21) Now I know most of you reading this post will be thinking why didn't I just jump on iTunes and download it, but the fact of the matter is thanks to MySpace I had already been cranking the new album throughout the house over the weekend. There is still something to be said about actually going out and getting a hard copy of an album especially when its a band you invested so much of your time and devotion to. Thoughts............

    I had to deal with the same dissapointment in CT. It actually worked out for the best because I was able to track down the album in a local record store. Now all of my future purchases will be at the local store. I think we should start a list of Target stores that didn't have the album available on Sunday in order to show 10C how badly Target failed.

    I think its funny how someone can post this when there are many threads about this subject and there is a huge sticky sayin there are too many repetitive thread. way to go bud
