does anyone else get the feeling that they're listening to the soundtrack of a cheesy 80s movie? I think it's the lyric, "one man stands alone..."

They are the only lyrics that I really dont like. I skip this song every time.

    Absolutely not..
  • I wouldn't put it that way....but it is extremely different. I think it's the inspirational message we get vs. what we've been used to (doom and gloom) over the last few records

I've never thought of eddie's lyrics as being doom and gloom, in fact, I think they are mostly inspirational. but it's always done in a much different way. Like I love "got some." To me, that's inspirational, it's a call to action.

Cheesy song with a cheesy progression. It sounds so much like some other song, and I can't put my finger on it.
