Where is the Target Vinyl ?

I went to 4 Targets and no vinyl. Where is it. I hear its out on tuesday but what the hell. Does anybody know what the deal is

    Our Target had the vinyl. I'm not sure why some didn't.

    im in PITTSBURGH. I would really like to buy target version but i cant find one
