pj will have sumthin to say about the way stuff was handled?................i hope
i hope we find out what they do.
they did this to my fav band. :x
it kinda sucks.
I’m hearing some bad things.
If I were PJ I’d want to hear about this.
My target(va beach) had no shirts. But I had expected that from the shirt list. Not every store would have them.
I was expecting some kind of banner or poster advertising ‘Pearl Jam at Target’. All I saw in the entire store was this sign about the size of a piece of paper with a pic of the cd cover out on September 20 over the new releases shelf. I mean that’s it, I was shocked! With the Prince release there was crap all over the place.
THEN the Backspacer was nowhere to be found. I got there late in the day but still it couldn’t have sold out that fast.
I thought gezz they didn’t order enough.
I wasn’t leaving until I spoke to a staff. (give me my PJ god damnit! Lol!)
The guy said he had to get it from the back. And he asked if that’s all I wanted. (I guess for Rock Band or whatever)
I told him there was none on the shelf. He relied with something. I forgot the word he used but I’ve never heard it before. Merchandise jarkin.
I got the album but damn that was weird.
And I saw plenty of the commercial on TV last night, then I go to actually buy the thing and there was notta.

*~Pearl Jam will be blasted from speakers until morale improves~*
Based on everything I have read, the only thing that didn't go smoothly was the tshirts, which were limited to begin with. Outside of a few isolated incidents, didn't the cd's go onsale as planned everywhere? And I assume those incidents were due to the fact that the cd went on sale Sunday as opposed to the normal new release day of Tuesday. What exactly would Pearl jam have to say exactly?

I went to the first Target store today at 8am where the T shirt was supposed to be as well, no advertisement or CD on a face out. Asked the electronic store person for the CD. He had no idea what I was talking about then he pulled out the Sunday AD and was shocked that it was released today. Went into the back room and said he only had two CDs no shirts. I called another Target and found they had the shirts, 200 or more CDs and was polite and willing to hold the items for me. However I did not get any ROCKBAND codes, where do I find it?
