Was Rock Band DL supposed to come with cd?

Maybe im confused but I was under the impression from the articles ive read that a code would be included? Was this the case?

    Only a special Target edition for $30. If you have the 360 you can dl it from the Marketplace right now for 1440 MP.

    The RB dl was supposed to be available today at Target only, but none seem to have them, and nobody is sure when they will come. They also have the 2 free concerts. I dl the RB songs from the 360 marketplace.

    How do you get the 2 concerts? I got the CD but no codes. Are the concert downloads only with the rockband? I have Wii rockband and they don't have that until Tuesday.

    You throw BS into your pc, click on enhanced cd and find concert dl's in the train pic.

    Well I tried Just Breathe on hard and failed. So, I played the rest on medium. I got through all of Ten on hard, but I haven't played RB for a couple of months as well.

    I also tried Unthought Known on the drums (hard) and failed miserably, but I definately need practice on the drums before I tackle the hard mode.
