How long do tickets stay in your cart for? I ask because I have a meeting to attend 15 minutes after the Boston show goes on sale and if for some reason I am not able to complete the transaction, but get tickets in my cart, will I be able to buy them after my meeting, two hours later?

the tickets will remain in your cart until you remove them from your cart, complete the purchase or close your browser; otherwise the tickets will stay in your cart,...

Temporarily Unavailable = there are items in customer carts that have not been purchased. If they are not purchased, they will be automatically released back into general stock by our system and will be available for purchase.

Out of Stock = There are no more items available via the Ten Club. There will still be Public Sale tickets available, so they are technically not "Sold Out", but Ten Club has no more to sell.

If you put tickets in your cart, PLEASE BUY THEM IMMEDIATELY. This will avoid your carts being dumped automatically by the system.

The 10C has to fix this, but it is exacly what he said.

Personally, I think a car should time out after 10 mins ... you can literally hold them in your cart all day.

exactly! and this is why things say out of stock or sold out but they aren't! people are logging on to see how the process works or to see if they can get tix etc and then later they dont buy them tix get released sadly someone may miss out though if they cant get back on

you do realize that after the tix are in your cart, it takes about 10 more seconds to complete the transaction. not sure why you'd need to delay the purchase if you get them in the cart.
