Downloading from gremmie.net to Macs

Is there a way to download songs from gremmie.net to a Mac to import into iTunes? On my PC I can right click and "save as" any song, but Macs don't have a right click option (that I can tell). Unfortunately my iTunes collection is on our Mac home computer so up until now I've downloaded songs to my PC, burned them to a disc, and then transferred them from the disc to the Mac. I'd like to short cut this if possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Click on the file and it will play in a browser window. Once the file is fully loaded there should be a pull down menu and select "save source". Once saved on desktop just drag over to iTunes library."Mark it 20, Dude."0

as far as a right click option, hold down control when you click and it should do the same thing.0
