Cory Glover was in Platoon. :twisted:All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning. Be cunning and full of tricks and your people shall never be destroyed.0

Glad to see some Michael Franti fans here. The man and Spearhead are some of the VERY best live performers going. Easily an "Anytime/Anywhere" performer."You can bomb the world to pieces, but you can't bomb it to peace".0

Will post some classics of his later but thankfully he's recovering from an appendix operation last week. He had to cancel 8 shows out west doctors said it was the worst rupture they ever seen. He will be back on tour with the Counting Crows long before he gets to the east coast in September.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNPX-9QXgGMDown the street you can hear her scream youre a disgrace
As she slams the door in his drunken face
And now he stands outside
And all the neighbours start to gossip and drool
He cries oh, girl you must be mad,
What happened to the sweet love you and me had?
Against the door he leans and starts a scene,
And his tears fall and burn the garden green0 -

You're correct, I thought something was strange about that video. I remember him playing during the daylight.
Joe Cocker - A Little Help From My Friends - Woodstock 1969
This is the classic I was looking for.

why is Rage after the name of the song... your other ones have the band first... but with Rage you have them after the song.. and for that reason and that reason alone i find your list to be shit.oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -
If you haven't seen these and loved them, you haven't lived. It'll also explain why KISS were just lightweight copycats.
The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, live at some European festival, in 1974. The crowd didn't know what hit them:

I love this band. What a mixture of musical panache and real Gorbals menace.0 -

I'd never heard of these guys before. You're right, this is kind of like KISS meets T Rex. Great find.0 -
