Pearl Jam, Please come to IOWA
Since there are some gaps in the schedule of the tour announced thus far, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Pearl Jam will schedule a show in Iowa. Since forming, Pearl Jam has performed in Iowa only twice (to my knowledge), once in Council Bluffs in 2003 (western border of the state), and Ames in 1991.
Seriously, come on PJ! Des Moines has, almost new, Wells Fargo Arena, Cedar Rapids has the Five Flags, and Carver-Hawkeye in Iowa City would be a tremendous place for a show considering the college campus and liberal college town.
Show the Hawkeye state some love!

Pearl Jam should play the Lumber Yard in Des Moines if they are going to Iowa. That place cracks me up"All I Ever Knew" available now in print and digital formats at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and iBooks.0 -
