Staying logged in...

Just wondering why I don't stay logged in when the tickets usually go onsale. I hit the buy button and then it says I need to log in even though I thought I already was. I don't have a problem getting the tickets but would be easier could I stay in the system at the start up. Recommendations??? Thanks!

    I definitely do log in before the rush (about 10 mins) and then go to the goods frame, but still have to log back in when I get a ticket pair in my cart. As I said earlier, I still get tickets after logging in but it is an uphill battle. Is it my settings on my browser?

    Buy something? I pre-ordered the CD yesterday about 5 minutes before the tickets went on sale just to insure I was good to go. Then again, I am an obsessive mess. :lol:

    i think it may have something to do with your cookies/security settings
    altho i have absolutely no idea how you would fix it.

    I did the same thing but was unable to get tickets. Got taunted with the Buy button several times, but it resulted in a message that they were not available.

    Same thing happened to me. Got them in the cart, went to check out and it told me log in. Only thing is that when I went to click the login button it said I was already logged in. Only thing I could do was refresh the page. When I did that the site crashed and emptied my cart.

    I feel your pain.
