    I'm great! I haven't been around much because 1) the Pit has been blocked at work now for a few months 2) I have a 7 week-old son now and 3) the new Pit isn't as rad as the old Pit. I stop by once in a while, it's so different now and it doesn't seem like much is being discussed really. Or maybe a lot is but I already discussed it all during my Pit heyday! :)

    Life's good, we just moved into a new house, the boy is here, it's all crazy. He's a mini-Fanch from all accounts (literally, not even one person from my wife's family has said that he looks like her, which is sucky really). He loves his mommy though, he cries if I hold him too long. :) He's a cool little dude, we have the "Rockstar" themed room with WVU Mountaineer Bears in there too. We're lucky, we're blessed, he's very healthy and he was born only 3 days early so he was ready to face the world when he got here. I watched his entire birth and it was amazing (I surprised meself b/c I don't have the strongest stomach).

    What else? New KISS album this fall, new ACE album this fall, new JET album this summer and Pearl Jam this fall too. It's my year, man. "Get Some," based on the live performance, is pretty average and not catchy at all. I've heard the song several times and I couldn't hum it to you right now if I tried. I think I said something similar about another album that came out in 2002. We'll see.

    Going white water rafting in a few weeks, going to see Poison in a few weeks, green is still my favorite color. I too saw the Natty Light commercial on tv and it was weird. I didn't know they had that kind of high budget! Louisville football is going to be horrible and this will be Steve Kragthorpe's last year, I'm predicting 4-8. WVU has a lot of talent but the Bill Stewart factor is there and they will go 7-5.

    hey congrats on the little man! glad to see he's healthy and getting ready for football season! Should be an unpredictable year in the big east...the cards come to us in mid october and i'll be sure to hoist a few cold ones in your honor.
