that while it seems we no longer have emoticon limits on the board.....no more character limits in PMs......YAY!....that you may only use 20 emoticons per PM? :?:

    and i see more than enough people give me a good run for the $$$ over...over-usage. :geek:
    (especially when you consider it is cumulative....as in....you quote people and their emoticons, plus yours, etc.....can only be 20)
