The new song rocks- The Target Situation is the bands decision, Fuel Friends- Shitty thing that happened but get over it... Ticket Prices- Called Inflation.

Least the guys are still together as a band and rocking out and still putting on amazing live shows.

You know it!! I couldn't agree more!! Great post.

The new song fucking ROCKS!!! I cannot wait to hear the new album and see them in concert.

On a side note; anyone else use the closed caption on the PJ/Conan performance for the lyrics to the song? :geek:

What happened to Fuel Friends? Edit: nevermind, just read the blog. shame, but fairly predictable.

Gotta agree, frankly I dont give a flying fuck where their album is sold. Why is it such a big issue?

Guess I really only care for the music and care much less about what they stand/stood for. Truth be told I dont follow much of the activism etc cos Im only interested in the music, but thats just me. Some might call me ignorant for not caring about the activism side of the band, i call it prioritising, i am only in it for the music.
Stars walk the red carpet because they're famous - I walk the toilet paper because im the shit.

Can we just make this a sticky?

Also, Ed didn't look that fat to me. And I love Stone's hair. And fuck Dave A in the neck. He was overrated. And Riot Act is underrated. And Evacuation is fine by me.

    Anything else?

cos people want to be like Eddie and the boys... 98% of them didnt give a fuck about wild salmon 7 years ago, nor do they give a fuck about political cartoonists... and before Mike was diagnosed with an awful disease they never once contributed to a charity for that disease.... but the band do... so now they do.

its all part of the fanboy code... and it clearly shows an unwillingness to think for oneself.

we dont have target in the UK so i couldnt give a flying fuck where they sell it...
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I don't care about the whole Target thing either
I'll be getting my copy of the new album thru 10C but if I wasn't I probably would get it at Target

    100% CORRECT..
"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
    "..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”
  • I for one am glad to see the band grow up and realize that corporations aren't inherently "evil" they are just business (kinda like being in a band maybe?). The whole "us against the world" mentality was cute back in the mid-90's but it just seems tired now. Just make music and give people a reasonable way to find it.

sing this to G/S, it goes perfect, especially before the little drum solo!!

Does eV clear his throat at the begining of the song?

this song keeps getting better every time I listen to it. It was in my head when I went to bed after the show, I've been gettin' some ever since.

I aslo truly enjoy Mike's solo at the end, it reminds me of something but I cant place it yet.

    F$CK where is the album!!!!!
