Joe Girardi still needs to be fired!
I’ve seen Pearl Jam 25 times, Eddie Vedder 9 times, and Brad once.

    If you want Girardi to be fired, then shouldn't you be unhappy that the Yankees won. just saying..

    I am ecstatic that the Yanks have won 8 straight. Been a fan for 20 years so I can remember some tough times in the late 80's/early 90's. I just feel that Joe isn't right for that team. He should be a national league manager, not an american league one. He over manages yet somehow manages to under manage at the same time in the same game. Oh well if this team can keep up their hits and find someway to get their pitching to be more consistent then they should still win the wild card. But getting swept by Boston is never fun.

    Just a hunch but I don't think they get swept by Boston with the way they're currently playing. In case you haven't noticed, they're having a lot of fun (pies in the face, wrestling belts, kangaroo court). Not that they didn't have fun before, but not like this. I'd think the manager has some kind of impact on that as well and that could be as important as in-game decisions.
