    I love all Cap'n Crunch, esp. Crunch Berries.
    They are delicious, but if you eat them too fast they tear up the roof of your mouth.

    no way, i dont get what the berries do in the cereal, they dont add anything to cap n crunch. I'd say they are both equally good, just gotta be in certain moods :P

    Crunch berries..... all the way. But I do like the sugary milk left behind after some Frosted Flakes.

    Hmmmmmm...this is a toss up....depends on what my palate is desiring at the moment.....I'm a cold cereal whore. :twisted:
