REMINDER U.S. residents who are going to Canada.. after June 1st a passport is mandatory to enter and leave the country... so apply now.

    Umm... D.. before June 1st all you needed was state I.D.

    My tip:

    Even if you already have a passport, don't wait until the last minute to try and find it!

    I waited until 36 hours before our flight to the UK to pull-out my passport, which wasn't where I thought it was. I searched for several hours, and really stressed-out my girlfriend. Luckily, she found it, so we were able to take our trip.

    My husband had to pay $200 to cross the border last year for the Ed show, and we paid $200 only because the border agent was in a good mood :?

    We were almost not allowed in through the border in Vancouver because my husband had a 10 year old DUI, since I didn't have a record, not even a parking tkt the border agent told my husband that since we came all the way from Florida and he didn't want to ruin his wife's day he would let us pay $200 for a 48 hour permit. :?

    It was on the books, they made him go inside and take a picture, kinda like a passport pic, and they gave him this certificate (kinda looked like a birth certificate) and they border patrol and my husband signed it, they told me we had to stop on the way out and give it back, but I said FUCK THAT! for $200 I'm keeping it for my Scrapbook! :P
