Omelettes what's your fav?

I make mine with bluebird pepper stir fry cos its a lot cheaper than buying all the peppers and onion. 3 eggs, graded cheese, cheddar,pepper jack, monterey,Colby. and a little Tabasco sauce. Enjoy :)

    I make myself an omelette every day and I'm pretty sick of them. I use 1 egg and 3 egg whites and then I throw in whatever meat or veg I have lying around. This morning it was a pork tenderloin & avocado omelette. Yesterday it was a bacon omelette. I always use free-range, organic eggs since I have a free-range, organic chicken egg farm.
    I really screwed that up. I really Schruted it.

    This place called Clarke's on Belmont in Chicago has the best omelettes! They are irresponsibly huge. I used to get one with thick cut bacon and cheddar cheese. Perfect after a late night! Thank god, for the sake of my body, I moved far away from there, though... :lol:
