Missed Cold Case

So I sat down to watch my first ever episode of Cold Case. I start the DVR and two minutes in, the emergency broadcast network kicks in with a tornado watch warning. OK, that's over. One minute later, the affiliate cuts from Cold Case to the local weather people and the next hour is spent looking at various doppler radars! The kicker was, the affiliate covers a large area and the location of the watch was no where close to me.

Oh well, I'm sure the people in tornado watch land were grateful. I'll have to see what hulu has to offer later on.
