Editing Profile Pictures

I had a picture in my profile and I wanted to change it. I went to the profile and went through the steps to change it, however it wouldn't change to a new uploaded picture. Everytime I uploaded a new file, it brought back the same old picture. I managed to upload the PJ logo, but when I upload a new picture, the picture in the right hand corner of my profile is always the old one...

Suggestions?
I Know All The Rules But The Rules Do Not Know Me.

    What about in your profile? Is the picture different in there?

    yeah, it is. although, it did take longer for that picture to change.

    I've been having the same problem... this post is just a test to see whether my new or old picture is shown...

    OK.. new pic... I guess it works now :)

    whenever i change my pic it never works the first time and almost never changes on my profile page.
    i hit update then check a previous post til i works
